Chronic models: Liver fibrosis, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes.

Cancer models: Xenograft and chemically induced.

 LD50 studies (OECD compliant).

Subacute/repeated dose toxicity.

Organ-specific toxicity (histopathology, biochemistry).

Gross necropsy and clinical observations.

Therapeutic dose determination.

Vitality markers (Weight loss/gain, activity, food consumption, etc).
